Traits FAQ

Does Trait DMG stack with Leader buffs and dynamic in-game buffers?

Yes, absolutely. Passive traits like Unique or Godly act as a base multiplier for your Unit. When you drop buffers like Erwin or dynamic field boosts during a wave, they scale off your Trait-buffed stats, leading to astronomical exponential damage numbers.

Is Range or SPA better for non-damage Support Units?

It depends on the unit's utility. For pure Stunners (Freeze/Slow), prioritize SPA (Sonic) to stack crowd-control status effects faster. For Buffers or massive AoE Debuffers, prioritize Range (Sniper) to ensure your entire backline stays inside the buff circle.

Should I ever keep an Economy Trait on a Hybrid unit?

Never. Hybrid units that do decent damage but also farm money should still be treated as secondary DPS. Keeping Greed on them completely bricks their damage scaling in late-game waves. Keep Greed strictly on 100% pure farm units like Bulma or Speedwagon.

What is the flat rate difference between S-Tier and SS-Tier traits?

Let's be real: Unique (+150% DMG + 15% Range) is obviously cracked compared to Godly (+100% DMG), but that extra 50% damage is a massive trap for normal players. Unless your entire main team is already flexing full S-tier traits, do not go broke gambling all your shards for that one 0.1% Unique roll. Godly is already enough to carry you through late-game content, so don't cry when you wipe your stats and end up with trash.
